Registered nonprofits can apply for a nonprofit plan. Eligibility and pricing are confirmed after review. No VenueVault per-ticket fees. Standard Stripe payment processing fees still apply and are billed by Stripe, not VenueVault. Ticket revenue goes directly to your connected Stripe account. Payout timing follows your Stripe account's payout schedule.
Published events count toward your plan limit at the same time, not per year. Drafts and archived or unpublished events do not count. Unpublish or archive an event to free a slot.

Registered 501(c)(3) organizations in the US, plus equivalent registered charities and non-profits worldwide. We'll ask for your organization name, registration number or EIN, and a quick description of your mission. We review every application by hand, usually within 3 business days.
