For venues and promoters

Ticketing built around your room, not a marketplace

Sell tickets under your own brand, decide how fees are handled, and get paid through your own Stripe account.

Independent rooms, bars, breweries, theaters, and promoters run tight margins on weekly shows. Per-ticket platform fees and slow payout cycles make that harder than it needs to be. VenueVault gives you a flat monthly subscription, direct payouts, and full ownership of your buyer list.

Create your account, connect Stripe, and build your first event before you publish.

  • No VenueVault per-ticket platform fees

What changes when you own the transaction

Per-ticket fees eat into every show you sell out.

One flat monthly subscription. VenueVault takes 0% of your ticket sales.

Ticket money sits with the platform until after the show.

Payments run through your own Stripe account, so payouts follow your Stripe schedule.

Your buyers end up on someone else's mailing list.

Every buyer record is yours to export and market to whenever you want.

Door check-in falls apart on busy nights.

Scan tickets from any phone, with live attendance and duplicate-scan protection.

The plan most venues & promoters start on

VenueVault takes 0% of your ticket sales. Standard Stripe payment processing fees still apply and are billed by Stripe, not VenueVault.

Questions, answered

Can I keep charging my own ticket fee?

Yes. You decide whether to add a fee, absorb it, or price all-in. Any fee you charge belongs to your venue, minus standard payment processing.

How many shows can I run at once?

Starter covers up to 10 active events, Growth up to 25, and Pro up to 50. Larger operations move to Enterprise.

Do I need my own Stripe account?

Yes. Connecting Stripe is part of setup, and it is what lets ticket revenue land in your account instead of ours.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export it. Your event, order, and attendee data is yours the whole time.
